Instruction of revocation
Pursuant to § 355 paragraph long-distance law applies to non-commercial consumer, a right of one month from receipt of goods. You may cancel your contract declaration within one month without giving reasons in written form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. Shipments without freight prepaid will not be accepted. In order to safeguard the withdrawal period is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the thing.

Consequences:
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits are provided back. If you can give the performance received whole or in part, or just in a state grant, you must, if necessary, achieve the value. With the release of things this does not apply if the deterioration of the case solely on their exam - as you in a shop would have been possible - is due. Please send the goods home and not with special dispatch forms (freight, express, COD), in order to avoid unnecessary costs.
If the value of goods 40, - or less, the shipping costs of return borne by the customer (if the delivered goods ordered in), otherwise it will be shipping on the return. The refund of the purchase price and possibly the return cost of the package cost of the Deutsche Post AG (insofar as the purchase price exceeds 40,-EUR), is made by bank transfer. Non-transportable goods are picked up.

The right does not exist for:
     * Goods, according to customer specifications or clearly personalized or tailored by their nature not return for a suitable.
     * Software, audio or video, provided that the disk supplied by you have been unsealed.
